I have a 9650, running v.6.0.0.431

The keypad lights fade and darken after a minute of non-use. But recently the top row (the four buttons on top - power, call, etc) remain on. Any thoughts on what happened? How can I get all keypad lights to go off to save battery life?

Are you saying that they NEVER turn off? Or that they remain lit during phone calls?

The first one is not normal. The second one is.
