Default Congestion Issue? Upgraded Sprint 9650 to OS 6, using AT&T Sim Card

Please Login to Remove!

I recently updated my 9650 to OS 6. I am using a AT&T Sim card in a Sprint 9650. Before the update everything worked fine. Now I can only text. Whenever I try to place a call I get "Congestion" on the screen. Inbound calls go directly to voicemail.

Can someone help me?

Ive been on Google for hours trying to find a fix for this

AT&T has had voice issues all day. Try a battery pull now and see if it's sorted out.
