I tried to download the latest version,then while i was downloading it,an error message came up,im not sure if my phone is blank,or what. but the screen is black wont turn on and all im getting is a red flashing light when the battery is in. i cannot connect on the blackberry desktop to fix this,im lost and aggrivated can someone who reads this please help me out with this..woukd really appreciate it!!

Did the device happen to disconnect during the upgrade?

I would try by wiping the device and reloading the OS. Start here.
