Lightbulb Spam emails blocking - BES Express with exchange server 2003 SP2

Please Login to Remove!

Hello All,

I am having a bit of a problem figuring out how to block emails from being pushed to blackberry devices before they get rejected by exchange server 2003 IMF. I am using the Blackberry Enterprise Server Express 5.2, with exchange server 2003 SP2 installed and I enabled the Intelligent Message Filters to reject spam emails. It works fine but the spam emails are being pushed to the device immediately as they arrive on the exchange server before IMF rejects the emails. These spams emails are being blocked from outlook, so I know the filter is working. I know BESExp has an email filter in the Administrator Service Webconsole under message configuration, but you have to specify the sender, subject etc, and I am getting many spam emails from too many different email addresses. Does anyone has an idea how to delay the time before these emails gets pushed to the device, so IMF will rejects these emails before they get push to the blackberry devices, if this solution will help. Or any other way to resolve this issue? Thanks for your time and response in advance.
