I am having troubles trying to get a straight answer about wireless data speeds on the Torch (not talking about wifi here)

In looking at the specs, my Bold 9700 has capabilities up to 21 mb/s on Rogers (theoretical, I know) but in reviews of the torch, have not seen mention the HSDPA capabilities. Perhaps this does not matter and the speed is all the same but I would still like it confirmed by someone who understands the wireless networks:

My Question is: On Rogers network, will the 9800 have the same dataspeed for tethering as the 9700?

Probably too early to tell since it has not been released or used on the Rogers network AFAIK.
